    <title>that pesky constitution</title>

    <content type="html">This election might make me reconsider &lt;a href="http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.articleii.html#section1"&gt;Article 2, Section 1 of the US Constitution&lt;/a&gt;. Why would I think that?
